Tech companies are taking note of the young talent found in St. Petersburg, Florida, according to Baselane, which named St. Pete the “#1 City in Florida for Young Professionals.”
The real estate fintech platform describes St. Pete as “a mecca for young professionals,” noting the City’s transformation from a sleepy older city, saying that today it is “an energetic city filled with youthful energy, seven distinct arts districts, and dozens of festivals celebrating everything from Pride to tacos, blues, and even murals.”
Baselane looked at home prices, rental rates, population, and features attractive to young professionals. They note that the City is appealing to tech companies that “want access to its young talent.”
