The St. Pete Economic Development Corp. is pleased to announce Landry/French Construction as a new Trustee-level Investor in the EDC. Landry/French is a full-service commercial construction firm providing construction management, design-build, and general contracting services across the Northeast and Florida. Founded in 2010, the company is led by chair and chief executive officer Kevin French, who brings more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry.
Kevin will serve on the EDC’s Board of Governors. Under Kevin’s leadership, Landry/French has grown into one of the largest construction firms in Northern New England, earning national recognition with inclusion on Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) Top 400 Contractors list. The firm has also been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies four times, reflecting sustained growth and operational excellence.
Moving to Florida
In 2024, Landry/French expanded its footprint through the acquisition of Melbourne, Florida-based MH Williams Construction. The opening of a St. Petersburg office in 2025 further strengthened the company’s presence in Florida, demonstrating a long-term commitment to the Tampa Bay region and continued investment in people, projects, and community partnerships. Kevin is pleased to trade Maine winters for Florida beach time at his new home in Old Northeast.
