The St. Petersburg Economic Development Corporation is pleased to announce that we have relocated our office across the street and down the block to the Plaza Tower building to accommodate the EDC’s growth and to provide a setting that shows off the Sunshine City to prospects considering relocating or expanding their companies.
“Over the past 10 years, the EDC has grown from two staff members and a handful of Investors to five employees and almost 90 companies invested in the future of St. Pete,” said St. Pete EDC CEO Mike Swesey. “We needed more space, and an office that shows off the vibrancy and sunshine of downtown. Our new location allows us to share some of what makes St. Pete great with our prospect companies. Our office is filled with sunshine and looks out to blue skies. We’re above a homegrown coffee shop, Beach Drive is at the end of the block, you walk out the door to the waterfront, and all around you see the energy of a thriving city.”
